Hey, it’s me, Rachel—and while I wear many hats, at the core of it all, I’m a Purpose Activator.
I help people remember who they are, why they’re here, and what they’re capable of—without the fluff.
I’ve spent years collecting real-world wisdom—through marketing, tech, leadership, ministry, motherhood, and moments that nearly broke me. But God used every single one of those experiences to refine my voice, sharpen my calling, and ignite something unstoppable in me.
Now, I use it all to build.

To help women (and a few good men) stop shrinking and start showing up fully—faith-first, strategy in hand.

My commitment to community, civic engagement, and mission-focused initiatives runs deep. From boardrooms to classrooms to grassroots gatherings, I show up with vision, voice, and a deep conviction to serve. My involvement on nonprofit boards reflects that heart—aligning strategy with impact, and purpose with action.
Alongside my husband, I also co-lead Fox Flooring, our family-run remodeling company, where faith, resilience, and excellence are part of every blueprint. Whether I’m mentoring girls, guiding adults, or walking leaders through real-life breakthroughs, my aim is the same: to help others rise strong, lead well, and live out their calling—no matter the stage or season.

Over the years, I’ve built a toolbox that blends strategy, tech, and storytelling—and I don’t just talk business, I build it. From marketing and web development to project management, user education, and systems strategy, I’ve worked across industries and platforms to help people turn ideas into impact.
That’s why I launched Catapult Consulting Solutions—a consulting firm created to help individuals, teams, and organizations move from scattered to scalable. Whether it’s streamlining your systems, elevating your brand, or turning your vision into a full-on plan of action, I help you get out of the weeds and into your win.
With experience in sales, design, documentation, strategic planning, and tech implementation (yes, I’m fluent in both Adobe and spreadsheets), I’m not just showing up with credentials—I’m bringing results.

My passion for empowering women led me to found You Go Girl, a nonprofit dedicated to helping girls and women shake off self-doubt and reclaim their confidence, voice, and purpose. Through creative experiences and bold conversations, we open doors to self-love, leadership, wellness, and education—one breakthrough at a time.
As a speaker, I bring the truth with humor, honesty, and heat. I’m not here to perform—I’m here to pour. Every time I share, I show up fully, holding space for women to rise, reflect, and rebuild.
Technology has been one of my favorite bridges.
It’s a tool I’ve used to teach, empower, and help close generational gaps.
Through Code Club, my signature program at You Go Girl in partnership with Metro Community College, I create space for girls—especially young women of color—to explore tech with confidence and creativity.
We’re not just learning how to code.
We’re reminding each other that we belong in every room, especially the ones with circuits, screens, and big ideas.
Our next evolution?
We’re developing a student-led app as part of the program—and building a full curriculum to take into schools across the region.
Because a girl who loves tech isn’t just a trend.
She’s a movement. A multiplier. A force.

My faith in God is my foundation. I strive to live with intention, integrity, and purpose—placing God and family at the center of it all. I’m honored to do life with my husband, Brent Fox, and our beautifully blended family of eleven.
