Hey, girl. I’m Rachel. I am a woman of many things summed up in one: a positive change advocate.
For decades, I have gained hands-on experience through exposure to a vast base of knowledge ranging from sales and marketing to training, professional and personal development among others. And, life has taught me to ultimately leap boldly by taking matters into my own hands so as to pave way for my ever-evolving success story. I’ve chosen to extend my energy, skillsets, and experiences to inspire, encourage, empower and propel others to rise and become the limitless and timeless all-encompassing solutions they are to their world.
My leadership prowess finds expression through the opportunity afforded me to serve on several nonprofit boards such as the YMCA of Greater Omaha, New Leaders Council, RISE, and Remedy Road. Also, I am the president of the Division of Continuing Studies Ambassador Program at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Together with my husband, I am the president of Fox Flooring; our flooring and remodeling company. Young girls and women, students and adults have also found me a worthy mentor, trusting my leadership skills and informed experiences to scale them through various life-challenges and come forth victorious.
My business consulting and entrepreneurial skills which include sales, marketing, web design and development, software support, adobe master suite, project management/ implementation, product documentation, customer relations, strategic planning, and education, have been groomed and polished as I learned and worked at several companies for quite a number of years. Through these, I am undoubtedly equipped and able to efficiently own and run the Catapult Consulting Solutions; a business consulting firm designed to provide a wide variety of services to enable private individuals and organizations to produce massive success.

In lining up with my passion for female empowerment, I founded the Non-profit organization; You Go Girl. Here, I and my team help women tear themselves away from the shackles of low self-esteem and self-doubt. We then create distinct experiences and opportunities. This opens the door to self-love, self-awareness, wellness, leadership and education for each and every one of them.
Being an experienced public speaker, I am not fazed when I come face to face with the chance to share my experiences and knowledge to seekers who aim to advance.
As a community builder, I understand that technology cannot be misplaced especially in an evolving society such as ours. I, therefore, volunteer with students, encouraging them to harness technology for beneficial positive advancement. I am also a freelance instructor and have taught at AIM Institute Code School and Metro Community College Code School in Omaha.

Some accolades that bear my name include The Midlands Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Game Changer Award 2021, the 2022 Outstanding Graduate of the Year for Oral Robert’s University, 2019 Greater Omaha Chamber Changemaker Award, the 2020 TOYO Recipient, 2019 Mrs. Nebraska America Finalist (where I won Overall Best Interview), and the 2019 Leadership Africa Summit – Leadership Award.
To relax, I spend time with family, then, I write, sing or dream up innovative solutions to issues I see in my community.
My faith in God is unquenchable. I consciously live, with passion and integrity, placing God and family at the fore. I am blessed with a loving husband, Brent Fox and 11 beautiful children.
