A Woman. A Mother. A Leader. A Vessel.

I'm Rachel. I love Jesus — and I happen to run businesses.

That’s not a tagline. That’s the foundation everything else is built on.

Here's What You Need to Know About Me

I’ve lived a thousand lives in one body.

I’ve been the girl who hid her Southern accent because a lunch lady made her feel small at six years old. I’ve been the woman who performed her way through life, terrified that if anyone saw the real me, they’d walk away. I’ve been the one running on fumes, hustling without heart, trying to prove I was enough.

And I’ve been the woman who hit rock bottom — more than once — and met Jesus there every single time.

I didn’t find my way back to myself through a weekend retreat or a motivational quote. I found my way back through fire. Through surrender. Through doing the hard, holy work of reckoning with who I’d become, releasing what was never mine to carry, remembering who God said I was, and rooting myself so deep that nothing could shake me loose.

That journey became The Return — the framework I now use to walk other women back to themselves.

I don’t coach from a textbook. I coach from the trenches. I don’t speak from a stage because I have all the answers. I speak because I’ve lived the questions — and I’ve seen what happens when a woman finally stops hiding and starts becoming.

Let's Get This Out of the Way

I am a woman who unapologetically loves Jesus.

I don’t say that to be trendy or to check a box. I say it because it’s the truest thing about me. My faith isn’t a compartment of my life — it’s the lens through which I see everything. It shapes how I coach. How I lead. How I mother. How I show up.

I believe God doesn’t miss. His call doesn’t expire. And if you’re feeling that tug toward something more — that holy discontent that won’t let you rest — I believe that’s Him, calling you out of hiding and into your purpose.

If that resonates with you, you’re in the right place. If it doesn’t, I’m probably not your person — and that’s okay.

“Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy ground.” — Exodus 3:5

The Stuff That Doesn't Fit on a Resume

Because you’re not just hiring a coach or booking a speaker — you’re inviting a real human into your world. So here’s who I am when I’m not working:

I’m a mom of eleven. Seven biological, four bonus kids from my husband’s first marriage. Yes, eleven. And yes, I’m still standing.

My twins are serving in the Air Force. They make me proud every single day — and remind me that raising warriors starts long before they put on a uniform.

I’ve been married for nearly twelve years to a man who keeps me grounded and makes me laugh. Marriage isn’t easy, but it’s worth it.

I’m a plant lady and a pet person. There’s something about nurturing living things that feeds my soul.

I love being in nature. Barefoot if possible. There’s a reason the podcast is called Barefoot Conversations.

I write — a lot. Books, journals, content. Words are how I process the world.

I’m a builder. Websites, businesses, programs, frameworks. Give me a vision and I’ll figure out how to make it real.

My 2026 word is RESET. Every year I choose a word. This year, it’s about returning to what matters and releasing what doesn’t.

This Is My Invitation to You

If you’ve been hiding — come out. If you’ve been running — stop. If you’ve been waiting for permission — this is it.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to start.

I’m here to walk beside you. To tell you the truth. To remind you who you are when you forget. And to help you take your space — boldly, unapologetically, and on purpose.
