The Journey
Back to Yourself

A book for the woman who’s been running, hiding, and adjusting — and is finally ready to stop.

If This Sounds Like You...

You’ve spent years adjusting. Reading rooms. Figuring out which version of yourself was safe to show.

You’ve hidden parts of yourself in the church. Covered up parts in the world. Buried dreams under duty, fire under fear, calling under caregiving.

You’ve achieved what you were supposed to achieve. Checked the boxes. Worn the hats. And somewhere along the way, you lost track of the woman underneath.

You’re not broken. You’re not too far gone. You’re just ready to find your way back.

What This Book Is

Back to Me isn’t a five-step program or a self-help formula. It’s not prescriptive. It’s personal.

This is a deep dive into personal development, healing, and the beautiful thing that happens when we share our real stories with each other. It’s organized around the big themes of human experience — identity, relationships, purpose, resilience, and growth — pulling from different chapters of my life to show the bigger picture.

I write about the things I used to hide. The childhood that shaped me. The losses that broke me open. The moments I thought I had it figured out and the ones that proved me wrong. The beautiful, messy process of becoming who I actually am.

This book isn’t just my story — it’s a mirror. As you read about my stumbles and victories, my rock bottoms and mountaintops, I hope you catch glimpses of yourself reflected back.

What You'll Find Inside

The Book Is For You If...

You’ve been wearing masks so long you’ve forgotten your own face.

You’ve achieved everything you were “supposed to” and still feel hollow.

You’re a woman of faith who’s struggled to show up whole — in the church or in the world.

You want to process privately, at your own pace, on your own time.

You’re ready to sit with hard truth and let it do its work.
