I Bring Everything I've Got
Faith-based keynotes and workshops that don’t just inspire — they transform.
My Approach
Here’s what I won’t do: read from a script, deliver something safe and forgettable, or leave your audience exactly where I found them.
Here’s what I will do: show up fully. Tell the truth. Meet your people where they are and leave them with something that sticks — not just for the day, but for the long haul.
I speak from lived experience. I’m a woman who hid for 37 years — in achievement, in survival, in performance — before I finally stopped running. I know what it costs to fragment yourself for other people’s comfort. And I know what it takes to reclaim who you actually are.
My talks are story-driven, faith-anchored, and built for women (and the people who lead them) who are ready for more than inspiration. They’re ready for transformation.
What You Can Expect
I go first. I don’t ask audiences to be vulnerable if I’m not willing to do it myself. I share my story — the real parts — so they have permission to be honest about theirs.
I do my homework. Before I take the stage, I learn your audience — their challenges, their culture, their language. I weave your context into my content so it feels like I’m one of you, not a fly-in speaker with a canned talk.
I give them something to use. Every talk includes practical takeaways — language and tools your audience can apply long after the event ends.
I don’t water down my faith. I’m Christ-centered and unapologetic about it. That said, I know how to meet a room. I’ve spoken in churches and corporate spaces. Faith is my anchor, not my agenda.
Signature Keynotes
The Return: Reclaiming What You Buried to Survive
Best for: Women’s conferences, church events, retreats, leadership gatherings
Most women in your room have buried parts of themselves to survive — their voice, their calling, their fire, their faith. This keynote invites them into a journey of reclamation: facing what was lost, releasing what was never theirs to carry, remembering who they were before the world told them who to be, and planting themselves firmly in the truth of who God says they are.
They'll Leave With:
- Language for the disconnection they've been feeling
- Permission to stop performing
- Practical next steps for their own journey
- Renewed conviction that they're worth reclaiming
Reset Leadership: Stewarding What's Already in Your Hands
Best for: Corporate events, leadership summits, nonprofit organizations, education conferences
Leaders carry weight that no one sees. Decisions made in exhaustion. Identities built on titles. The slow erosion of knowing who you are apart from what you produce. This keynote challenges leaders to reset: lead from identity instead of anxiety, steward what’s in your hands instead of grasping for what isn’t, and build sustainable impact without sacrificing yourself.
They'll Leave With:
- Clarity on what's theirs to carry — and what isn't
- Practical tools for sustainable leadership
- Permission to lead from rest, not hustle
- A renewed sense of purpose anchored in values
You Go Girl: Raising Bold Daughters in a Shrinking World
Best for: Schools, parent organizations, youth conferences, community events
The world is loud, and our daughters are listening. They’re learning who to be from social media, peers, and cultural pressure — and too often, the message is: shrink, perform, compare. This keynote equips mothers, educators, and mentors to raise girls who know who they are, whose they are, and what they’re worth before the world tries to tell them otherwise.
They'll Leave With:
- Insight into the pressures girls face today
- Practical tools for identity-building conversations
- A vision for raising confident, faith-grounded daughters
- Connection to the You Go Girl nonprofit mission

“Right now, it’s going to be okay — I’m just out of alignment.”
“My youth sports director was grieving the loss of his brother-in-law. Despite everything, he still attended the conference. When I spoke with him after, he said, ‘I just keep thinking about what Rachel said. Right now, it’s going to be okay — I’m just out of alignment.'”

“Your keynote prompted that conversation.”
“One of our directors recently contacted the association, asking for a meeting because they felt out of alignment. Your keynote prompted that conversation. So often, we host speakers and hold events, not always knowing the true impact of what is said. But you said you were meant to be there — and it showed.”

“She touched my soul.”
“She emcee’d the event I was at and she was just what I needed in another space of my business. I am putting my pieces and people together this season and it feels so good. God’s got a plan — she touched my soul and there’s more that is meant to be.”

“You spoke directly to hearts.”
“You said you were meant to be there — that you were sent with a mission — and it showed. In that short 55-minute keynote, the ripple effect continues. I’ve had vendors, employees across states, and people here in Omaha reach out about the impact of your message. What truly stood out was how you showed up — not just on stage, but outside, in quiet conversations. You listened, poured into people, and were present in a way few are. You are truly one in a million.”

“I left with my cup filled.”
“Most days in my profession I’m the one pouring into others, but this time I left with my own cup filled and a fresh drive to keep going as a leader and entrepreneur. The energy Dr. Rachel brought as moderator kept the room alive. What I loved most was being surrounded by women who want to see you win, who cheer you on, and who push you to aim higher. That community and support reminded me why these spaces matter. I left inspired and ready for what’s next.”
